Hollow polyester fiber three-dimension VS two-dimension
Three-dimension hollow polyester fiber: 1pc fiber is formed with two parts. The difference of spinned temperature for two parts leads to different shrinking percentage, and crimped permanent finally. So produced fiber is very fluffy, resilience, keep warm and durable.
Two-dimension hollow polyester fiber: produce hollow polyester, then crimp it. This crimp is not durable.
Siliconized VS non-siliconized polyester fiber
Siliconized polyester fiber is processed with silicone oil, this kind fiber is soft and lubricated, fibers without entanglement. So finally product with good handfeeling, soft and fluffy.
